We provide a two year guarantee on material defects and processing errors on all of our PIPPA&JEAN jewellery from the date of purchase. Claims within the above mentioned guarantee expire within a given period of one year, under the condition that you as a consumer have bought jewellery from PIPPA&JEAN - either over the Online Shop www.pippajean.com or through an independent Style Coach. Guarantor is PippaJean GmbH, Hugo-Junkers-Str. 7, 60386 Frankfurt, Germany.

From the date of purchase of your PIPPA&JEAN jewellery, in the case of material defects and processing errors within the two year guarantee period, PIPPA&JEAN is happy to either replace or repair your jewellery piece. In the case of improper use, repairs carried out by third parties, negligent handling, and for wear parts (e.g. leather or satin straps), the guarantee is deemed null and void. Aside from the PippaJean GmbH granted guarantee, your legals rights remain. Your rights will not be restricted through the guarantee.

To make use of our guarantee service, you can return your defect jewellery piece within the two-year period, either to your independent PIPPA&JEAN Style Coach or, alternatively, you can send the jewellery directly to PippaJean GmbH. Please request a free DHL return label by email at info_eu@pippajean.com. Simultaneously, you will receive a return form which you have to fill out and attach to your shipment.

Please note: If you do not request a DHL return label, please stamp the package or attach a return of receipt to your shipment so that the goods are safely transported to us. We shall assume no liability for damages, losses, or theft during shipment.
